Zero-Tolerance Safeguarding (PSEA)
Strict prohibition of sexual exploitation and abuse, child abuse, and any form of harassment or discrimination. Mandatory training for all staff and partners.
14-Day Community Feedback & Complaints Mechanism
Accessible channels (suggestion boxes, dedicated phone lines, community forums) in every project site. All complaints are logged, investigated, and addressed within 14 days.
Evidence-Based MEAL Framework
Rigorous baseline, mid-term, and endline assessments, annual participatory program reviews, and documentation of Practice Briefs for continuous learning.
Community Ownership & Sustainability
Establishment of Community Management Committees (CMCs) with at least 50% women representation, using a train-the-trainer model for phased, sustainable handover.
Community Representation & Advisory Council Flow
Our two-way dialogue model connects community voices (elders, women, youth, PWD) directly into program design, resource allocation, and continuous accountability loops.
