Structured mentorship linking displaced youth in Gorom and Mangala camps with diaspora and local professionals, Talent Labs, and pathways to higher education and green livelihoods.

Displacement often disrupts education and severs social networks. Young refugees in camps like Gorom and Mangala possess immense potential but lack role models and guided pathways:

• Mentor-Mentee Matching: Recruiting and training mentors from South Sudan's diaspora, local professionals, and skilled refugees, paired with youth mentees (ages 15–24).
• Structured Mentorship Curriculum: Modules on goal setting, life skills, academic navigation, scholarship applications, and career exploration.
• "Talent Labs": Safe, creative spaces within camps equipped with digital tools, books, and materials to explore coding, writing, environmental innovation, and social advocacy.
• Direct Pathways: Top mentees transition into advanced ICT training, green enterprise seed funding, or become trained Peace Ambassadors.
• Strategic Partnerships: Implemented in coordination with UNHCR, UNICEF, and Talent Beyond Boundaries.
